PGA Realty Company, LLC is a family-owned-and-operated real estate development firm headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts. It was established in the mid-1960’s by the Crocker family and, for the past thirty years, PGA Realty Company has been managed by Peter Crocker. Peter is a graduate of Williams College and attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. The Building Owners and Managers Institute certify him as an RPA, Real Property Administrator. He has studied real estate development extensively with the Urban Land Institute, Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, and with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute where he earned the respected “CCIM” designation. Peter is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and former Aircraft Commander in the Air National Guard. He is a veteran of the First Gulf War where he flew combat support missions out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Peter also participated in Operation Deny Flight (Bosnia), Operation Noble Eagle (9-11 Homeland Defense over NYC), and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).
PGA Realty is currently developing a 37-acre master planned park in Wilmington, Massachusetts just off Interstate 93 called Upton Technology Park. The first three buildings of the five-building park are complete and approvals have been secured for the final two projects. The state-of-the-art “flex” buildings are designed to provide tenants with a high-end corporate image along with the versatility to meet almost any office/R&D/manufacturing requirement.
